Lawn bowls is one of the oldest ball games and provides an inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities to play socially or competitively. ‘ Today, lawn bowls is considered to be one of the most socially inclusive sports across all levels.’ (Sue Barrett Sept 2011). According to Bowls Victoria “ bowls takes five minutes to learn and a lifetime to master ”.
Social bowls is played at Point Lonsdale at all levels and is played mixed teams on Thursdays .
